lemon, slight toast, spicy, buttered popcorn on the nose but not at all overbearing. Fresh, lemon zest, medium glycerin, cashew?, earthy, medium/light bodied, long slightly talcy finish. This is refreshing, food oriented, and the antithesis of domestic fruit driven Chardonnay and very lovely for the price

Tasted at McCarthy & Schiering. Much more of what I am used to in white Burgundy with a distinctly Chardonnay nose. This is texturally rich and spicy with tart acidity.
