  Dark red, paling edge. Open bq w blackberries, smoke, minerals, chocolate.
  Medium body w ripe tannins, balanced acidity, still good fruit content (black cherries). Medium aftertaste w some alcohol, fruit, good balance. Just past its peak, but very enjoyable.

  This is drinking really well. Still has years to go. The nose was vibrant. Flavors of dark fruit dominate.
