  Nice if not earth shattering. We tasted it blindagainst a Cal. Cab (Chappelet) and all four of us pegged this as the Californian. A little greener, a little fruitier, less elegant, the tannins were pushed forward a little. One of the four preferred it. Some raspberry in the aroma, some green wood, too.

  Decent, fairly subtle, fruit, with some tannins and acidity. A bit more mineralitality than is typical for Cabs.

  K&L Value Bordeaux Tasting: nose - smoky oak and not much fruit
  mouth - well balanced. has a cherry punch type flavor. Quite tannic
