Delicious bottle of Chardonnay! Nose of pear with a little citrus and peach and a hint of flowers. The body is big without being overbearing maintaining a good balance of acidity with flavors of pear, melon, cream and butterscotch leading to a nice long finish.

Slow ox for about an hour as we took it out with us to dinner with some friends. This is the best chardonnay that I have ever had. Very consistent notes from the bottle I had on New Years Eve but just a touch better as I frelt the finish was longer. Sadly this was my last bottle I hope the new plantings can one day live up to this wine.....we will see.

Pop and pour. Wow! It's a shame this is the last vintage from the old vines at this vineyard. This is hands down the best chardonnay I have had outside of a young Aubert. This is about as full bodied of a chardonnay as you can get and keep it balanced. The fruit purity in this bottle is amazing yet it is not a over the top fruit/ oak bomb. There is some lemon and tropical fruits and it finishes smooth and long.

Different from notes of a prior bottle. Nose of lemon peel, bright yellow color. Strong acid backbone with bright citrus character. Only hints of oak, nicely integrated. Still quite fresh.

Light golden color, but early signs of oxidation. Drinkable, but not enjoyable.
