  Clear plum core of moderate intensity out to a pale red edge and thin watery rim - youthful. Clean nose of sweet cherry, some lifted alcohol along with some mint and sage. Dry with moderate body, acid, alcohol and tannin. Good mouthfeel and well balanced with bright cherry fruit with some liquorice notes. Moderate length finish with clean tannins. Drink now.

  Clear pale plum core of moderate intensity out to a thin purple edge and watery rim - very youthful. Clean nose of pepper, plum and candied cherry of moderate intensity. Dry on the palate with kirsch, pepper and bright fresh cherry flavours along with moderate acid, tannin, alcohol and body. Fresh and very fruity with the sweet plum/cherry continuing on the moderate length finish. Drink now or over the next year - relatively simple but a pleasant BBQ sipper.
