Our go to white vermouth well priced at TWS, herby and rich enough for a broad use, cocktails ( martini) , long with tonic, on the rocks with a gin or vodka it’s great

Definitely one of the better vermouths available - I use primarily for Martinis and some for cooking in certain dishes. I enjoy the almond/nutty notes as well.
Cheers

My favorite dry vermouth. Excellent in martinis, but also tasty enough to drink on its own or 50/50 with Dolin sweet vermouth over ice with an orange wheel. It's also a star when I'm cooking, used to deglaze a pan or any time a dry white wine is needed in a recipe.

Sweet and warm nose with citrus, herbs, orange blossom and almonds. Semi-sweet (25g/l) palate with full body, medium high acidity, almondy roundness, lifting alcohol, tangerine and lemon. Drying herbaceousness in the good length finish. A richer Vermouth with nice citrus character. Now, where's the gin?
