I drank this wine much later than expected and was positively surprised about how well the wine had aged - particulately given the label which implies a more youthful wine. It had mellowed and still contained some fruit and berry undertones. Cab sav is not normally my preference but was very enjoyable.

Great label! Dark in colour but not too concentrated.Vibrant nose of black and red currants with a good splash of vanilla and mint from its time in wood. Much more of that currant fruit in the mouth, giving a very solid mid-palate, but, it's a little soft around the edges. It is not a blockbuster, and good in length, just missing some tannin or a little more structure. Like Marmite you will love or hate the artwork (I love it), the wine is a good bbq/party wine that will certainly be a talking point.

I'm shocked. I would have thought Aussie fruit bomb, tons of fake fruit, and super-high alcohol. Decanted. This was quite reserved, almost muted on the nose. Another great marketing campaign that missed the mark on the wine itself.
