Second Cousins (Farpointe Cellar): The nose had licorice and mint, dark chocolate and cherry, and a little coffee at the end. The palate was soft, with dark chocolate, licorice, cherry, and a good mocha finish.

Saturdays at One - Volume 27: Tasted non blind. Dark garnet color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Nose of blueberries, cocoa, a hint of smoke and plums. Flavors of black berries, black cherries, white pepper and a hint of blueberries. Medium acidity, firm tannins, medium to full bodied. Drink now with some air or hold over the short term for a little more bottle age. Right around the 89-90 point mark for me.
