  Had this as a pop and pour at Alexanders on the Bay, a lovely bayfront seafood place in Chesapeake Beach (Virginia Beach). Apples, pears and sweet floral notes on the nose; a touch of acidity, good richness, more apples and pear flavors, and butterscotch notes; zesty lemon-lime finish. Went very well with the food (it worked well with the buttery sauces), and it was appreciated by the dinner-goers.
