(Esterlina Riesling Dry) Bright golden-yellow, this wine displays aromas of a mature Riesling: petrol, Vaseline, lanolin, toasted pecans, almonds, hazelnuts, honeysuckle, and wax. It is silky and creamy, but has a tingly underlying acidity. Age brings softness to the palate as well, with notes of nuts, dried apricot, dried pineapple, Creamsicle, and fresh hay.
