This dessert wine is still drinking in great form. Marmalade comes to mind. Paired perfectly with dessert vanilla bean panna cotta with strawberry, honeycomb, and candied fennel.

Brilliant deep gold color. Candied orange rind on the nose with other citrus and baking spices. Palate adds some straw and almond. Plenty of acid and fruit to carry this a decade or two more. Lengthy finish. beautiful!

Dark amber color. Nose is orange peel and spice. Palate is quite unctuous, rich, with some backbone of dryness. Really matches some of the best d'Yquem I've tasted.

Sweet. Nice developed flavors, just lacking acidity is my only complaint.
