Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • Brownish and muddy.
At first the nose gives maderized red fruit that begins to clear with air. Strawberry, sour cherry, plum and peach stone. Some dill-like herbaceousness emerges with time.
Medium bodied with decent structure. Slightly perfumy on the palate with liquorice, dill and oak. Medium lenght.
Came together pretty well after being open for a couple of hours. Aged and past it's prime.
