(Thierry Puzelat Pettilant Naturel) Nose of green apples, white flowers, chalk. Very Champagne-like aromas. Great palate with crisp appley minerals and nice elegance. Great quaffer with some nice complexity.

Delicious. Very dry and minerally with great sub-floral notes. Clean and crisp, soft finish with dried apricot and peach skin. Very complex and rich. Unique. Well paired with sticky chicken, fish chowder.
