(Shaya Rueda Verdeho) #1; COLOR-light golden; NOSE-gorgeous; substantial golden apple; subtle grassiness; really good nose; PALATE-good acidity; really good richness; an outrageous amount of kiwi on the back-end; more tropical than I expected (like Capri Sun drink); golden apple and some pear; very flavorful; this is fantastic; a really good Verdejo; great minerality; I don't see many who wouldn't like this; if you like Sancerre from the Loire valley with a little more fruit, you will love this; this is a ripping steal; GV-91

I was afraid I held this a little too long but it drank beautifully.

Pale yellow color. Aromas of green apples, lemongrass and minerals. Medium-bodied well-structured fruit in the mouth with a fine core of acidity and very good depth. The nicely balanced acidity gives the wine a juicy and refreshing finish. Very clean and food-friendly. Excellent value.
