  Second bottle
  Yellow green colours. Figs apricot mango, more summer with fresh lively limestone slate notes. Bright mouthfeel creamy with light granite notes and fruit coming through in the warm long finish.

  First bottle on the day
  Yellow grassy limpid colours. Tons of legs. Tight restrained mineral slate limestone to start with hints of lime figs and white flowers. Creamy full oily and opens up to a slaty finish where the fruit is more prominent than in the mouth. Lingering finish.

  Very distinct nose. Sharp almost cheesy , chalky peaches with a touch of hospital smells. Impactful attack of bursting yellow starfruit burst with cream and sour lemons. Big bang tapering to a bitter sweet pithy biscuity zippy finish. Quite unique.
