  Tannins have almost disappeared, leaving a fruit forward GSM. This actually worked well on a hot summer evening with pizza. Some sediment; should have decanted or filtered the bottle. Would drink any remaining now since any remaining structure and tannins are at their last.

  A pleasant surprise from an 9-year old GSM with a screw top. We aerated out of the bottle then back into the bottle for serving, with a 30 minute wait in an open pitcher in between. The fruit survived the years very nicely, while the tannins calmed down. One of the best $8.99 bottles of wine we've purchased.

  35% Grenache, 31% Shiraz, Mourvedre 20%. Delightfully mature now, and drinking well. Sweet fruit, rather obvious, some richness, good length, but very enjoyable and tremendous value!
