Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • A new fault for me. This bottle had seemingly undergone secondary fermentation in the bottle (quite an achievement if the labelled 14.5% alc was correct) and there was a noticeable spritz to at as well as a sour bitter taste dominating the palate, with the tail end of the finish having a definite yeasty flavour. Utterly undrinkable.

Have advised the merchant and will see what they do.
