  - Crimsom color with medium forming legs and aromas of dusty and has flavours of black currant with a light body. Satin-Like texture with a short finish.

  Decanted about 30 minutes and consumed over 2.5 hours. Dark ruby color. Aromatically challenged initially with faint sulphur and vegetal notes and red fruits trying to peek through. Gained fruit and weight with time and became quite nice with black cherry and blackberry flavors. Really gives an indication the quality of the 2007 vintage in Long Island, the ripeness of the fruit is evident, even in this early release wine.
