This is made by dried grapes in the passito method leaving some approximately 120g/l residual sugar. Deep golden witl slight amber color. Nose has intense aromas of candied apple zest, honey and coffee. Palate is rich and lucious but well balaced. A real treat with orange soufflé or Crêpe Suzette

Tomić tasting (Tomić tasting room, Jelsa, Hvar): One word to describe this: honey. Honey coloured, honey smells and honey tastes. Good acidity and also some beeswax coming in. Made from dried grapes of Bogdanuša, Maraština and Parč. An excellent dessert wine.

Bogdanusa, Marastina, Prc blend. Amber. With a hint of oxidation this one resembles a Madeira through walnuts, honey, caramel and carobs. Lusciously sweet with good acidity to balance. Full in body, dried grapes, walnuts linger on the palate. Very nice indeed.
