If I hadn't had killed off the god damn bottle by opening it too early everyone else would have know what I did -- incredible finesse, beautiful sweetness of extract, and a Pinot in its absolute prime. A resolute testiment to the glory of Oregonian Pinot. The maker should be proud.

Tasted with David Adelsheim. Gorgeously-natured pinot that displays all the benefits of well-aged Willamette pinot, and according to D.A., this is a product of growing conditions before the rising temperatures due to global warming. Perfect right now, but he says not to open it too early...Enjoy straight away after popping the cork!

David Adelsheim Tasting (Waterford Wine Company): First time I've ever added a totally new wine to CT! Strawberries, earth, and smoked almonds! Soy. A savory silky smooth palate. Richly textured. So fat and rich and full. Finish was crisp and refreshing. Ridiculous wine.

Tasted blind this is very tricky. I thought it was an old Beaune. The acidity leaned me toward France. Very good.
