Opening this simple 2004 wine over 14 years later... most of the fruit is well on its way to bed, but some dried fruit remains. The always present ecayluptus is still there as are the tertiary notes. Yes, the jet fuel is creeping up, but this wine is still fully drinkable. Old, yes. Past it’s prime? Definitely. Bad? No, not yet.
