NobleRottersSydney - Tamar Trip Sep04 (3): Stillwater dinner (Stillwater, Launceston): Freycinet’s Louis (cork) - the second label for this winery - has a nose of stewed fruits and old jam. It’s very soft & flabby on the palate – the tannins seem faded and the fruit has left the building. Fair at best.
