  Really typical (but excellent) mature Pinot nose of black cherries, herb switches, cherry cola, smoke and spice. Plenty sweet (but not sucrotic) on the palate with more of everything in the aroma. This is fully mature, but is still quite youthful and SO delicious! 93

  Same characteristics as my previous tasting note. An excellent wine. Fully mature.

  Deep ruby red color, slightly cloudy, pleasantly fragrant with stewed cherries and hints of grilled meat, very nice balance. I am discovering that Donum should not be opened too early, allowing the considerable influence of oak to fully integrate. This is a beautiful wine that seems to be at it's peak.
