Brovia Tasting (1855): Nice dark fruity nose. On the palate, rich dark fruit with spice and pepper. More on the refined side rather than rustic. Forward enjoyable wine that will go well with a hearty meal. One of the better Dolcettos I have had so far, and also with a bit of age on it. Good drinking now.

Rich and rustic. A real beauty for a Dolcetto. Those in Piedmont like their wines big and hearty. This is no exception. I would drink this Dolcetto over a poorly made Barolo or Barbaresco any day.

Delicious young Dolcetto. Lively and fresh blue and black fruit combined with spices and pepper. Very good acidity. A very versatile wine.
