  I have now had three bottles of this wine. Consistent notes.
  It has not turned out well. It needs a LOT of air; decant a full day ahead. That softens it somewhat, but it is still an acidic wine that is out of balance with little likelihood it will improve. Modest nose, short middle, unbalanced finish. 'Tis a pity...

  Opened and allowed to breath for an hour. Probably needs more time. The last glass was the best as this kept opening over the 45 minutes we drank it. The nose has cherries, slight damp earth notes and a bit of floral qualities. Full bodied. The palate is complex and shows some maturity but needs more time to unwind a bit. Nice balance overall but the acidity is strong. That worked well with our food though. Nice finish.
