Popped and poured. Slightly sulfury and reductive to start, but that disappeared after 20 minutes in glass. Freshly grated ginger with ripe apple. Floral charm slowly emerged with more time in glass, showing at its best after 2+ hours. Wine also kept picking up weight with more time in glass. Very good now, with upside from here.
