  • Clear, bright, pale straw color showing glints of silver and green. Medium concentration with medium plus viscosity coating the glass. On the nose, the wine is clean, medium plus intensity with youthful smelling, pink apple, kaffir lime leaf, and peach. Very floral with apple blossoms, summer honey, and giner. Now getting some sweet strawberry. Wet stone minerality. On the palate, the wine is off dry, medium bodied, with tangerine, mandarin orange, cider apple, ruby red grapefruit. Honey, sweet blossoms, and ginger with heightened minerality. Alcohol is 8%, intensely vibrant acidity, wonderful acidity actually. Complexity is medium with lingering apricot and honeyed peach on the long finish.
