  Bright medium light red. Intense nose, cherry, beef, iodine, spice and earthiness. Textured red cherry fruit flavours and a long dry finish.

  (Cabin with Just, Ads, Geoff, Elaine, Chintz, Lisa & Jord, with Mich&Bo!) Wow - what a treat from Mich&Bo, driving all the way up the mountains and sharing their last bottle with us. Dark ruby in the glass, this pinot has great concentration, with classic Tasmanian raspberries, plums, cherries, mushroom and complex earthiness on the nose. Sweet and clean on the palate, there also shows licorice and soft berries, great lightness and transparency and purity. Good savoriness leading to such an australian minty eucalypt finish. Classic Tassie Pinot! Woot.
