  DJCV bottle. Initially some funk which blew off quickly. Very beautiful wine which, while secondary, maintained acidity. Clearly a botrytis influence from the vintage. Certainly lacking the powerful reduction / gunflint of younger bottles.

  Absolutely stunning on the nose. Has the Coche fireworks 🎆. It has such weight, depth and presence on the palate. It’s hard to believe it’s a village wine. It has aged so gracefully and sits in a great place right now. Fresh, focused and detailed. Killer.
