  Getting towards the end of a case I bought on release and man is this good. It has some black earth, fresh cherry and violets to the aroma. The palate is velvety, with excellent depth of flavour and plenty of geological matter. It has beautiful balance and fine, minerally acidity and a finish that is expansive. Classy stuff.

  第二次，也是一个半小时，只有倒出来一会尚可，越拉越差，口中主要是种收紧的感觉，不是酒精，不是涩。除此之外，可怜的水果。87
  第三次，几个礼拜以后。coravin出来，几乎都是whole cluster的气味，其实只有30%。口中，不太明确。两三小时后，气味接近bojo。五六小时后稳定下来。口中有份量了。感觉像老酒终于醒时候了。气味口中，都不是漂亮的水果，但是有份量，有甜味。回味里面，pinot的甜味比较明显。至少是个东西了，好吗？不太好。值得吗，差多了。88
  
  最后一次，刚倒出来还是whole cluster的气味，两小时后，这个味转厚，甜。变成个有份量的酒。除了这个联系，和第三次差不多

  Great nose of earth, mushroom, red fruits, and a hint of sour milk. Taste was better wiith moderate fruits, strong earthy components. Still strong tannins, moderate acidity and medium body. Think the tannins did stick out a bit. Good place now, will hold, but may end up getting more astringent.
