  Wow - worst wine I've had in recent memory. This was just plain awful, nothing of what I usually love about burgundy showed up here. It was so bad, I thought maybe it was bad, but I had 3 guests all taste and the general consensus... just plain old awful wine. We even decanted for 2 hours and re-tried it.... still bad. Nothing is fixing this. Avoid it. We ended up pouring it out - first time I think I've ever done that.
