We decanted the wine for one hour, poured it back into the bottle and consumed it over three days (vacuum-pumped). The wine showed cow manor, camp fire smoke and red fruits on the nose. On the palate the wine was stinky, with red fruits, red currant, raspberry and spices. The finish was long, with a smooth mouth-feel. The wine got even smoother and rounder on day three. A really nice, mid-level, single-vineyard Burgundy. Is it worth the purchase price of EUR 39.-? Maybe, but I am not quite sure. 87+ points.
