Springtime Riesling (Seattle, WA): Pale gold color. Restrained nose shows peach and melon. Light bodied, with extremely high acidity. The mid palate shows tart citrus, mainly grapefruit, but the finish lacks a bit. Quite clipped. More of a food wine.
Nice wine and quite well made, but one has to really embrace an austere acidic style to really love this wine. As much as I love Riesling, this would likely not be one for me to revisit.

a little shy at first, but opens up gradually to show lots of earthy mineral character, whole spices, geranium, and the suggestion of fruit. beautifully balanced, absolutely lovely wine.

tasted but my notes are illegible - my score was somewhere in the 80s and my note was "very dry!"
