  • Kickin on all cylinders. Completely balanced wine from start to finish and smooth as silk. Nose is a subtle yet complex array of deeper white fruits of pear, white peach, and some floral components. Body is medium plus yet unique in that there is absolutely no heaviness to it with perfect balance of juiciness fruit and minerality. A very clean wine. While drinking perfectly now, I would say 2 more years left at its peak. (since most other remarks comment on the presence of toasted oak, it must have resolved since i didnt pick up on it at all, and i'm not a fan of heavy oak.)

  • Nose - wicked nose. Caramel covered green apple, toast, smoky in a seductive way.
Mouth - very clean, crisp, racy yet not shrill, good minerality, complex yet clean in a very much white burg sort of way. Very nice, recommended.

  • From half bottle. Light yellow color. Approachable, soft bouquet of apple, pear, and oak, with lurking minerals. In the mouth, vibrant and open, with a definite oak influence but absolute raciness to the palate that was marvelous. Powerful without being weighty, this has strong acidity and a lush finish. A-

  • The oak was a bit more prominent this time around, adding a tropical sweetness to the fruit, but wasn't badly integrated. Otherwise the same.

  • Some oak toast, lemon curd, and a touch of mineral. Balanced overall but pretty vanilla in character.
