  Medium red color, nose of dark red fruit, some smoked meat and slightly floral. Medium palate with red cherries and tea like notes. Perhaps it lacks the intensity to be truly great. Whats slightly put off is the slightly saccharine like finish at the end. Maybe I am too critical its not a bad wine overall but at the current price it should be stunning but it isn't.

  We had turkey breast with mushrooms, cauliflower and Brussels sprouts and potato salad with it.
