This Chard is still very fresh and is drinking well. Very soft and presentable on the entry and mid-palate, but it had apple peel like acidity on the finish. It gave it a very crisp conclusion that was nice on a warm day outside. I do not remember any Aldin Chards having that note on the finish.

This bottle was way different then the other two I had previously opened. I could not figure it out. It has rich aromatics and was heavy and broad on the palate. It tasted like it was 10 years old, but it was not corked and did not seem oxidized. I will try another one soon to see if it was a flawed bottle.

Light fruit driven nose that is crisp on the palate, with light fruits continuing. Very pleasant and a winner with our large group of guest sitting outside on our deck. No noticable oak.

This Chard is rich, but has apple notes on the nose and has a crisp entry. Very nicely balanced and is drinking well now.
