Dark fruit, new leather, tilled soil combine with the well integrated oak. Great depth and texture. The aromatics are singing nicely. Year in year out, this Napa Cabernet delivers at a high level. This has at least ten years of great drinking in its future. Great juice.

Even better than the 2005 I tried last month. Decanted 2 hours and enjoyed throughout the evening. Easily in its drinking window and has alot of legs left

Tried to decant for 2 hours, but wifey got impatient. Opened up nicely after about 3 hours. We have properly cared for this wine, and would recommend that you drink it now.

A smooth drinking wine that was well balanced on the palate. Cinnamon and nutmeg dominated both the nose and palate, but not much else. The bold cabernet fruit characteristics of this wine did not shine through as well as I recall in earlier vintages. No secondary or tertiary characteristics yet. Hold.
