  Nose: light honey, grassy, herbal, starfruits, pear. Taste: Slightly tangy sweetness (2). Fruit is lychee, sweet apple cider, starfruit and a bit of honeysuckle on the finish. Mineral notes with grass. Almost riesling-like. A delicate, more floral wine, light and dry and refreshing. Notes of vanilla icecream and nutmeg add depth. Great on its own!

  Lots of lychee and mango ice cream on the nose. Kind of crisp mineral smell too. Soft, smooth evapourating texture. Creamy and the finish is so smooth. A bit of citrus like lemon or sprite pop. Tons of lychee and sweet mango, but not too sweet like a 2. Poached pear too. Nice acidity and just a bit of green tea on the back palate, which really controls sweetness level. Great wine with food or on its own. A little floral like lavender too. Just a great wine overall.
