  Consistent with prior notes. Had with Steak and potatoes again...Just a nice supple Merlot based wine, beautiful Washington fruit that tastes wonderful. There may be a lot of better bottles out there, but this one offers a very consistent level of quality, strong red berry fruit, floral nose that sings, and mouthfeel that pairs well with wide range of fruit.

  Consistent with prior tasting. Will look for more of this wine. It's a thrill to find a Merlot this drinkable and enjoyable in this vintage. Bravo 7 Hills!! Nice Deep purple, with good shine at the rim. Nice weight, and good legs in the glass, really coats the palate. At the same time, this lower alcohol blend of Merlot and Cab Franc really drinks well alone, and with food. Bright black and Red berry fruits dance with the florals on the nose. The mouthfeel would suggest more than a $20-25 bottle of wine.

  Very enjoyable! Nice purple color, and mostly opaque. Lots of lively black fruit, currant, some purple florals as well. The Fruit attack is very bright, and lively blackberry, with a little tartness. It has a terrific mouthfeel, that is very plush. Washington state Merlot has it's fans, and given the 2007 reviews, I am starting to become a believer!! Would seek this bottle out again!
