More tightly wound than I remembered. Good structure, crystalline texture. Kick off wine on Thanksgiving. Acidity was mouthwatering, a good prep for the meal. Not overly complex, finish is crisp not lengthy. A good QPR.

Unfortunately I'm not a big fan of sweet Rieslings, I prefer them dry. Enjoyed this at a recent tasting event. It exhibits the typical Riesling profile, petrol and rubbery nose with lots of minerality. I would have scored higher had it been trocken

A Tuesday night wine served with smoked tofu and dumpling courses. A heavier sweetness than I recalled for earlier bottles. Still drinking well, but no reason to age. honey, light citrus, acidity there but I wanted more.

Pleasant, down-the-middle Kabinett. Nicely intense, grapefruit-tinged palate; a touch tart on the finish. Bracing acidity. Not especially complex, but a good value at $16.

Classy kabinett. Bright bracing acidity makes this a good food wine. Still tight, but citrus notes and balanced. yellowish hue, will let my other bottles sit a year or two.
