(ROBERT YOUNG SCION RED) #1; COLOR-dark; NOSE-Oak, blackberry & black cassis; enormous Vanilla & Crème Brule; big complex nose; TASTE-under control Oak Monster compliments the beautiful & glorious cranberry, strawberry & black currant; extremely rich flavor profile; I like this wine big time; this is "impress your boss wine"; as good as some of the big $100 cult wines (Opus 1, Insignia, Silver Oak etc.); a complete KILLER wine; great w/ steak; 5-10 years of cellaring, beautiful Asian Spice element; GV-93

Past its prime and clearly going downhill. Still OK but fading. Drink up now. Red fruited with none of the body and richness it once had.
