  Colour mid gold with green tinge bright and clear certainly not showing its age 15/15
  Nose med intensity interested still has primary aromas of delicate lime blossom and nashi pear with cashew and brioche , the more you sniff the more it reveals , lots of layers of complexity , so fresh for its 17 years in the bottle 28/30
  Palate rich smooth oily mouthfeel that lemon lime flavours still present , plenty of balanced acid to hold this wine together , chalky texture
  Extremely long on the finish. 20+ seconds 41/44
  Overall First time for me , a super wine , love the purity of fruit cork 10/11
  From the website “The RESERVE Riesling is made in a slightly different style, from a special selection of rows in our oldest block where we see a particular expression. It is not made every year and was first made in 1999.”
  I would like to know how the winemaking differs from the regular Riesling
