  • This wine is in great shape, classic light kerosene nose and super fresh on opening with the fruit still having lime juice character and the acidity having a notable spritz on the tongue.
After about an hour the lime juice presented more like Bickfords lime cordial and the acid was softening, a really nice evolution to see.

Great drinking now if you like seeing both some fresh and mature citrus, but still years and years to go if you like fully mature Riesling.
