  • Nose of green apples and sour cream. The entry is light and juicy, with a strong sour-apple character that persists through to the finish. The mid-palate is medium-bodied, with notes of cream, sour cream and cashew. At this stage it's a good Chardonnay, but there's nothing mind-blowing or weird about it. The structure is impeccable, though, and there's potential for it to improve.
