  Medium ruby. Smells like dark and red fruits, licorice, anise, potpourri, lemon, and orange. Smells really nice. Medium body, acid, and finish, with flavors of cherry, lemon, orange, black tea, and spice. Drinking well now and probably pretty close to drink up tbh.

  Purple and opaque. Violet and sour cherry nose. Mineral palate with robust tannins and acidity; still one the upward sloping side of peak. Big mouth feel and dry finish. 5+12+16+8=92

  Developed bitter aroma
  Rich and powerful, firm tannins, good acidity level, long and bitter ending.
  Still too young to fully enjoy - should be further aged for 3+ years.
