Still young and does not reveal immediately the large percentage of Muscat. Dry hay, flowers, a hint of sweetness. The palate is quite sharp with a very high acidity and a chalky texture. Mineral and lemony finish. A bit austere, but lots of energy. It kept well for two days in the fridge. It will be interesting to drink my remaining bottle in a few more years.

Dressner Day 1 (NYC): Bright acidity. Strange stuff. High acidity on the finish. Good, but takes getting used to. 88-89
