Bright ruby color but not fined/filtered? Scent is very giving of warm red to black fruits like cherries, cranberries, violets and some volatility. Very youthful yet intensive. On the palate you can find some old oak and very intense zesty acidity with the minerality from the Kimmeridgian terroir(not brett this time) kicking it's support in the same time. The warmth and vegetal flavors stay in your mouth for a very long time. It's a light wine with integrated light tannins dominated by it's delicate yet gripping texture. I like it very much! My first Irancy and the best buy in some while. Thoroughly enjoyed!

IPNC Lunches and Dinners; 7/26/2013-7/27/2013 (McMinnville OR): Tasting. An unusual wine with lots of firm black fruit, some tannic, rustic character. Apparently this includes a small amount of Cesar in addition to Pinot Noir.
