Starting to show it’s age with a touch of oxidation but still has great color. Softer stone fruit, warmed in the hand will bring out the most. Enjoyed with wild king salmon.

Smells of strawberries, especially the green leafy stuff on top. The taste is cherries and hint of strawberries. There is possibly a hint of vanilla on the aftertaste.

Fresh strawberries in the bouquet and the taste. Serve chilled and park yourself on the porch during a nice hot and sunny day.
