Riesling Down Under - Cellarhand Tasting @ PWS: Slate, mineral, some sea spray and apple. Medium bodied, still feels very youthful. Has good carry and is nice drinking but has the potential to get better.

Gimme one good riesling extravaganza (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): On the nose lees, wet stone, very slight kerosene, lime and a fresh herb quality. IN the mouth the wine is tangy with lime flavours, slight spice non-intrusive alcohol heat, some leesy notes (for me this means touches of curds, cheese and yoghurt sourness). Long finish. Well integrated.

Golden in color, this one opens with a hint of petrol, exotic fruits, touch of grapefruit, very rich on the nose, on the palate is medium to full bodied, mineral, interesting bitter component, dry, striking acidity, it is strong but elegant.Still got a feeling that I opened it way too early, a lot of potential here, will be fantastic with age.

Total conformity with fellow authors! Very delicate, well proportionated, very slightly off-dry Riesling with flavours of white flowers, very fine white peach, honey, mild spices and a unusual gentle bitterness. Nice one! Very recalcitrant glass cap - I needed almost 5 min to open to bottle - Ups!

Sehr mineralisch hinter der schwindenden Fruchtigkeit. Hat sich innerhalb von 2 Tagen deutlich besser entwickelt. Interessant und typisch Grillenparz.
