(Gasnier Chinon Vielles Vignes) #2; COLOR-dark; NOSE-English Peas; heavy celery root; turnip component; very sour black cherries; TASTE-medium to full bodied; has a nice leathery component; I appreciate that this is bone dry; I love the plum skin component on the mouthfeel; little hints of black pepper; tremendous length; great meatiness; the mid-palate is a little hollow; the finish is solid, but not incredible; a little dry for some people, but I like this wine; can cellar for 3-5 years; GV-89+/90

Strong bell pepper and earthy component. Would happily rate this higher, but a little too much Brett
